MEDICAL CODER JOB IN KANSAS LW1279 (Ref: LW1279)
Location: western
Salary:$ 29.5 to $ 44.8 K (permanent) + Benrfits and relocation
Work Experience
Must have RHIT or CCS certification. Experience with in-patient and emergency hospital coding and physician practice coding is preferred.

Job Description

Medical Coder needed for a patient-focused, 25 bed critical access hospital, with a long term care, 6 unit assisted living, 2 rural health clinics and busy outpatient services. The hospital is located in western Kansas in a small, clean, progressive community with good schools and recreational opportunities. The community has a new fitness center, new water park, 9 hole private golf course and a lake 20 minutes from town. The Medical Coder is a full time permanent position. Must have RHIT or CCS certification. Experience with inpatient and emergency hospital coding and physician practice coding is preferred. This is a full time, days position. The salary range is 29.5-44.8K depending upon education and experience.
