Job Description

HIM Manager needed for Arizona facility, must be RHIT or RHIA or CCS and Certified Medical Transcription with 3-5 years Management experience. Salary is DOE. Will supervise 20 coders, some are remote, some contracted. Manager will need to do some auditing and look at the quality measures. RAC audits. Will have to code if they experience a backlog. Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
