Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S) from four-year College or University in related field with equivalent experience; Graduate of accredited nursing program, Minimum five to ten years Nephrology experience. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) in Florida strongly preferred.

Job Description

Hollywood, Florida dialysis facility seeks an experienced Dialysis Director of Clinical Operations. Directs the quality of patient care and operations by performing the following duties: Work in conjunction with executive management to develop and implement operating policies and procedures as well as clinic cost standards to achieve maximization of operating efficiencies. Ensure quality standards by meeting all End Stage Renal Disease ESRD regulatory requirements and the practice of Continuous Quality Improvement. Daily operational oversight of clinics and Unit Administrators; maintain and foster communication with physicians. Coordinate Clinic quality goals and action plans to achieve quality standards; visit individual clinics to evaluate achievement of goals and objectives. Participate in the development and modifications of unit programs and operating policies and procedures. Provide investigational support to escalated complaints; resolve issues in adherence with regulatory requirements. Anticipate in the development of the annual budget, provide monthly operation reports and participate in financial reviews. Participate in acquisitions; ensure operational due diligence is performed. Coordinate, review, and investigate sentinel events and all adverse occurrences, monitor action plans and follow-up as requested. Ensure that Denovo and existing clinics are prepared for state survey. Bachelors degree B. A. or B.S from four year college or university in related field with equivalent experience; Graduate of accredited nursing program, minimum five to ten years nephrology experience. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse R.N. in Florida strongly preferred. Excellent salary and benefits.
