Job Description

Urgent Care job in Columbia, South Carolina. Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician with a minimum of 2 years experience in Urgent Care needed to function as lead physician in new clinic to open October, 2010. Two part time physicians will also be hired. This Urgent Care clinic is a brand-new, state of the art facility that anticipates 20-30 patients per day initially. Primary focus will be urgent care, but will also offer ancillary services such as travel medicine, occupational health and sports medicine. Full CLIA approved lab, x-ray and pharmacy on site. Clinic hours will be 8am-8pm Monday thru Friday, and 8am-4pm on Saturday and Sunday. Lead physician will have the flexibility to set own hours/schedule. Salary $160,000+ base, profit sharing bonuses paid quarterly, and a full benefits package to include health, vision, dental, 4 weeks paid vacation, profit sharing and paid malpractice insurance.
